WCS has been recognized as a Bronze Medal high school by US News and World Report. This standing is based primarily on test scores and high school offerings. Only 25%, 283 of 1,109, schools in NYS received either gold, silver or bronze recognition. Nationally, the percentage of recognized schools is significantly lower than the NYS number. Congratulations to the entire WCS school and community as such progress and reward comes only with a shared commitment to quality opportunities for students.
